Intermountain Wood products has what you describe at 18mm.

The products in the US tend to be home based and not specific to the RV/light camper industry, like your example, so are often thicker, heavier and use particle board or MDF cores...
Some other thoughts....(most Ford e350 based)
Do you want a power cab? Like power windows, locks, cruise? Not likely found on most box trucks. Although likely on ambulance chassis.
I also wouldn't rule out a DRW if other boxes are ticked, if converting to 4x4 anyway, on a SRW you will have to...
Thanks, I would like to know more. There is surprisingly little info. I had speculated that this drivetrain was all Explorer/expedition parts, even those vehicles have very little info, no cutaway physical drivetrains, power flow diagrams (similar to the 10 speed trans link), or hardware...
Finding technical information is tough. Most articles talk about what it does, not how it does it or what the hard parts are.
Here is an interesting article about the 10 speed power flow and seems to imply that 1st will be no lower than what we are used to (although the article IS 5 years old)...
The aftermarket is going to eat this drivetrain up in every way, shape, and form.
With my "4 paw claw needs" being mostly snow driving, I think this will fit the bill nicely.
Additionally, I think many will be surprised at how "low range" the Transit will get with the 10 speed transmission.
I finally cut a big hole in my roof! Actually the hardest part was cutting up my headliner!
Here I'm contemplating a top fuel dragster type wing element.
As part of this process I decided to raptor line the remaining roof area and my hood. My roof was needing some attention, peeling paint...
No crying from Quigley because they sell a completely different product. 4x4 vs AWD
Here is a Ford media page,https://media.ford.com/content/fordmedia/fna/us/en/news/2019/03/05/2020-ford-transit.html

As a work truck just about anything would have worked. It was the expo camper side that had more specific wants/needs.
First wanting a pass through, or more specifically the integrated box to cab for the extra overall space during nice weather. Also the taller cab and higher seat...
Decided to use 3mm Baltic Birch ply painted both sides with a quality exterior paint for the replacement headliner panels.
The headliner is 53" wide so not a good use of material with 4' widths. The BB is 60" wide and reasonably priced.
I used two sheets to make 3 panels.
I really like wipeable...
Chassis now for sale, not 4x4 but could be easily,

The other end of the frame/track has the crossbars fixed mounted.
Here are the holes in the frame. Most will determine from evaluation of the holes that there has been to much weight/force applied. I plan to enlarge these to 5/16" and weld or epoxy washers to either side for strength.
Also...
Been fiddling with the hardware for the Sportsmobile top.
As shown in previous pics on page 12, one pair of crossbar ends slide in the lower frame track. These ends are bolted up with the chain that connects to the spring. The other side of the bolt has a pulley type 2 piece washer that acts as...
