Both rigs are over priced. You could build a gladiator with AT top which is better for the same price the$68k earthroamer, & for $118k earthroamer that’s just a joke of a price regardless of miles. It’s the sign of the Covid19 times... but some people are willing to pay it. I’m not one of them...
Ford did not offer a 6.0 liter in the e350. It was 7.3l only for vans In 2003. It was a transition year for trucks, but not vans. The 6.uh_oh came out in vans in 2004. I have both both a 2003 7.3l & 2004 6.uh_oh. Both are great vans & have been converted to 4x4. These are you engine choices for...
It’s probably got the 5.4 gasser in it, v10 RB are extremely had to find. If it has a v10 then it’s a unicorn. They state gas in add, so it’s not the 6.uh oh. My guess is 5.4 re geared to handle the 37s.
It’s going to go for more than $37,500 probably $10-12k more...
This past week a gutted ambo 1992 E350 w 7.3 IDI go for $17500 at auction on Ritchie Bros (worth about 7k tops) same week another ambo on iron planet went for about the same price... again worth about (8k) people are paying silly...
I’m assuming your Gordon & this is you truck?
This was already posted here on Nov 19th buy another member who found it on CL. Link to first ad here - https://expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/cool-98-fuso-camper.220546/
Your rig is pretty cool & has vast potential.
What is you habitat box...
I can‘t help it, I bid on this and another on Ritchie bros... got out bid on both. I’ve got two great vans, but always looking for projects to build & sell. I’m not paying a premium to get them... as the end game is to make some extra cash... $15,500 is great for someone to build & use, but not...
I think it’s sold & the second ad is still up. If you go to that link that covers the van all good. But then it says for more info click on CL ad which has been deleted. So it makes me think it might have been sold. But just a guess on my part.
The reason I said March is industry trends, the last 5 years of data from sales at CCV & my own obsession with everything overland shows that you get your best prices from March to July on overland rigs. Not to say that COVID won‘t be skewing that data but we shall see... from a personal &...
Maybe... & someone may pay it... but this isn’t the time to sell and try and get a premium price, starting in March yes. Lots of people testing the waters to see if they can get a silly asking price because of COVID. Rigs priced above below $55 get lots of attention & sell fairly quick, $55k...
Scam for sure... not one real photo from for sale locationin Cali, all taken from EC‘s website Now scammers are so hard up they’ll spend $5 bucks to see if they can do it.
Gotcha, since they’re a new member & sorta already have an unrealistic price range. Just didn’t want them to think they could jump in and get a conversion done on a 2wd, based on there budget.
Taking a 2wd and doing a DIY 4x4 (right not cutting corners) from say Tim at timberline vans in Golden they will be 12k all in for parts & his kit. Add in a 5k gasser leaves 2k for their build. There is no way you’ll get one converted from a company for less than $16k. Average conversion range...
