OK lord of the Diesel engines... why the hell are you comparing a truck to an ambo which scales at 14,500, gutted & rebuild still scaling at 12,500? The truck scales at 6600 lbs, so no ******** it pulls harder, spools higher...doesn’t take Einstein to figure that out. Where is the logic in...
This is cool & looks pretty rad at first... but my biggest concern is how the habit box was built. Looks like the under floor & box is built from wood & the 2x4 bracing is not treated or coated correctly so will just rot over time. I could be wrong but some of the pictures lead me in that direction.
How’s the rust on the under carriage? Do you have pictures you can post or email? Also do you have interior pictures of the cab interior, dash et. thanks
So here’s the deal on Crows or zavier vans... plus a few other that use this out fit down in TJ. The work is sub par & dangerous, the group down in mexicali that builds them is know as Halcon racing. I have never seen one of their vans & I work in the overland industry that is van & 4x4 van...
As for snow and a plow I still stand by it's not for me... and I would direct clients in a different direction. We could build a low mile 2x4 Van for less. And do it all the time.

They probably had the engine steam cleaned, this is super common especially when trying to track down a leak... had to have this done a few weeks ago on a 6.0 psd I was selling at work... when we got the van back the engine bay looked brand new... I was shocked how clean everything was...
