    Electric Chain Saw

im a Milwaukee guy. The 18v chainsaw works amazingly well, so good that my gas sthils hardly ever get used. I thought I’d post today as I went Jeep camping last weekend so instead of grabbing the Milwaukee 18 I threw in there small 12v handheld unit. I was absolutely blown away. It’s now found a...

Reasonable Internet service if you are not using Starlink?

I now your asking about alternatives but I really think starlink is the way to go. Once you have app installed it’s very easy to switch service on and off. I messed around for years with boosters and they do work, but still service is unreliable. If you know where your going has a week signal...

    New CHEAP satellite messenger!

I’ve had ZOLEO for a few years and it works well. The $50 unlimited plan is great, it’s easy to switch off and on so you’re not paying when not using it. It also comes with weather updates and leaves a breadcrumb trail for close ones that want to follow your journey. I’ve used in the USA and...

Mine does it. I think it’s the vacuum pump. It sounds just like a small air compressor.

    Battery charging in trailers

There is no way the factory wiring could support 50amps. Im not sure the length of your run but I would guess you need at least 4 gauge possibly 2! check out the specs on your lithium. 50amp charging on a single 100amp is quite alot. You maybe better with a 30amp charger.

How to trickle charge starter battery from house battery set up?

Also if you bought a dual dc to dc/mmpt they trickle charge the car battery of the solar once the house battery is full. I have both the redarc and renogy and they both have this function.

    New Power System Opinions

Maybe, I tried one in a motorcycle once and it lasted about 6months. It was a different brand though. I would think the heat would be the most limiting factor. It would be great if it works though!

    New Power System Opinions

Lithiums are not suitable for a starting battery, Lots of problems if you go that route.

I thought running in parallel just increased the amps not the volts.

    New Power System Opinions

What kind of fridge is it? A lot of them have a low voltage cutoff to save your battery. With that said why not just get a small solar gen? They are small and cheap and take all the worry out of it. I have used a Blueetti ac50s they are going for around 300 right now. This will power your fridge...

    Truma Combi? users comments?

No knocking. You can sometimes hear the pump but that’s usually when you first switch it on. It basically has a small heat exchange that has a couple of fans that blow over it. Similar to what they use for boat showers. the water has not been an issue for me.My water tank is under a bench with...
