Hi guys, finally installed my mini with the trio speed mount and magnets. I also used trios 12v 15ft cable. Wired directly to camper battery’s. Magnets and cable worked great, ran up to 85mph and no problems with the magnets holding. Although the mount was expensive, it works great.

Are you calculating the length of the circuit or just the length of you positive cable? If you think it’s 25ft you would have to double that for your voltage drop Calculation. I am not an expert but thought It might help.

If your battery is fully charged try switching to storage mode and then switching back to touring mode. It may take a few minutes but this has worked for me.

U need to check the wattage on your charger, make sure your trucks inverter can handle the power. If it does you could be ok.

Standard works fine while driving. Used the first gen driving down the Baja watching the World Cup a few years ago. I would imagine that the 3rd gen would be even better as it’s not designed to move/reposition.
