Is there a bed both in the popup and the lower area? Bed dimensions opened please. No stove, propane, etc.? Also, average gas mileage please. Did you insulate the interior and engine cover while building the vehicle? Absolutely beautiful!

The rear seat folds out to become a bed correct. Forgive the ignorance on my part. If so, could I have the dimensions with it open? Where the engine head studs done somewhere else or did you leave the original studs in place?

Yep, that's the place. It now has circular picnic tables with umbrellas! Talk about five star! If you like commercial hot springs, head north from St Regis and spend a night or two at Quinn's Hot Springs and Resort.
