    if you're looking for ultimate longevity for a expo vehicle along with the increased weight and torque from that 4BT i would SERIOUSLY consider looking into a bigger axle than a Dana 44. why not buy a Currie high9 for the front and put a ford 9" in the rear?

    i had a friend who decided to rebuild the king pins on his 78 axle. he ended up having to build his own custom 5 foot long allen key just to torque them to the factory 600ft-lbs or something like that.
