    *Rickashay's 04' Tundra* - A build of Compromises

Yah the axle clean up is a lot of work with no real benefits in performance in capability, but it sure does clean up the truck. I am actually blown away about how many buddies of mine have came up to me and commented on it at random over the last week. Hard work to make it last! Yah my fave...

The new daily: IMG_6030.jpg by Addison Rickaby, on Flickr IMG_6007.jpg by Addison Rickaby, on Flickr 115,00kms, dealer serviced since new, no accidents... it's about as clean as they come! Had to go out with my 4th gen buddies and grab some pics! IMG_5982.jpg by Addison Rickaby, on Flickr...

    TaTundra 1 gen DC build

Good call on the shock boots. I'm going to order some of the fox shin guards and was going to run the rally armor mud flaps if I can figure out how to mount them. Very interesting on the outcome of your Alcan leaf pack! Please keep your notes and before and after measurements. This prototype...

    2017 TRD Pro Tacoma

I'm actually quite impressed with Toyota's recent effort on the TRD Pro. Rear locker, crawl control, some very tasteful aesthetic upgrades, Fox suspension, and nice wheels & tires.... literally a very capable out of the box option from Toyota. Step up to a 33" tire and you have one hell of a rig...

2003 Tundra AC, Finally posting a thread!

Good advice right here^. After building 4 trucks (well 3.5... the Tundra isn't done YET) it's so true. Hell my 4Runner went through 3 different suspension setups before I was settled. When I approached the Tundra all I thought about was the end goal. Not what can I afford now, or what do I want...

    *Rickashay's 04' Tundra* - A build of Compromises

I LOL'd ^^. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic, but here are the fruits of my labor. Turned out pretty awesome actually. I had a TG diff skid that I completely chopped up to make my own skid that would fit the larger Tundra diff. Also did a Marlin U-Bolt flip what I was at it...

QuadsBC's 05 Double Cab Tundra Family Expo Build

Tundras rear frame rails are tapered inwards, which make a properly setup shackle flip a little bit harder to accomplish. This offering will be laser cut and CAD designed to match the frame profile, and will be bolt on. I'm not building it but will be testing it along with sean_pistol. We will...

    *Rickashay's 04' Tundra* - A build of Compromises

Still not much in terms of mods. Exchange rate is playing a big role in this... I needed to start a project on the truck out of sheer bordum, so I decided to start cleaning up the undercarriage a little. My truck is pretty clean, actually damn clean, compared to most but I want this thing to be...

EscapeDivision: 2001 Tundra Access Cab build thread.

Bumper looks awesome on the EscapeDivision! Very tidy and the 7" round lights suite it well. There may or may not be a rear shackle flip coming to the market very soon for our rigs ;) Expect a small amount of lift using the stock shackle and more lift as needed if you go with a longer shackle...

QuadsBC's 05 Double Cab Tundra Family Expo Build

Jose's 80... that thing is so ************. 3-linked in the front, dayyyuuummm. Agreed. I have a notebook full of "hybrid" bumper sketches for when I get mine built. The sketch above looks like an excellent direction.

Looking good! Stoked for the tub... I've always wondered if I should have went DC to begin with.

    2004 Tundra Adventure Cab - Build/Adventure Thread

Most CDN spec 1st Gen Tacoma's and 3rd Gen 4Runners came with the 4.30 diffs. Not sure why but even my SR5 4Runner had 4.30 and so did everyone I looked at when searching for that truck. Strange considering most SR5 Tacoma and 4Runners in the US have 4.10's. My reasoning here is maybe look on...

    *Rickashay's 04' Tundra* - A build of Compromises

Thanks Gents! Thanks Sean. Beadlocks are going to happen, just not sure if I want to commit with the Canadian dollar how it is. Literally a nice 40% price hike on all parts right now. I'm down for them though... Hutchinsons are the only DOT beadlock there is. There are gorgeous peices of...

MCObray's 2002 Toyota Tacoma DC TRD

I was thinking there was still a dedicated tow rig in the mix. That's wicked! I'll be down in Portland mid February for a Golden State Warriors game. Might have to grab a pint. Sorry /thread jack.

All three of us were locked f/r and were finding that we were often making the most progress open/open due to snow conditions that day. Very strange conditions indeed.
