Got the 77's frame and axles into the shop yesterday. Tack welded the rear axle to the stand for prep on tear down. Worked the frame for 2-3hrs last night with the grinder and 36grit on the sander. Next week my leaf springs show up so time to get this thing ready for axles! Cheers

Leaf springs in route for this project. Rubicon Express Jeep SoA leaves for the fronts and Deaver 61.5" for the rear. The Deavers are made for Toyota's (or any custom build) and are 1" lifted springs. Bout' time! :) Cheers

Just ordered up a Slee short bus front bumper, Warn 9.5 winch and 14" LED bar to top it all off. Bumper is back ordered until the end of the month but otherwise done deal. This should bling bing the truck up a bit! :) Now if I get super lucky I will have it all done and ready to go for a trip...

I would totally do that but some of the rubber needs to be replaced. The rear window sliders in the top for example are shot. Floor boards need a clean up and fresh paint as does the top. I did think about buffing out the paint, I do think it would come back to life with some work. Pretty cool...

Thanks! Check out the inside of the rear fenders. Stellar condition. This was hiding under a 1/4" of funk! Shouldn't be to hard to get a new one made. This old crate had been bolted down to the bed, it is full of good parts! Cheers
