First I have heard of it but I am not up and up on Y60/61 Patrols. My opinion is any truck loaded to GVW or over it and then run hard in rough terrain for long periods of time is going to have potential issues. Cheers

Thanks! More progress made.... Got the front axle stripped down, cleaned and all brackets cut off the housing. Using an FJ60 Land Cruiser perch on the pumpkin side. Made by RuffStuff. Cheers

Thanks, it actually won't be so loud though. The white is the stencil. That body line accent will be painted white with the "v8 LC" in body color. Oh ya and, the stencil is made from the rear tailgate emblem/logo and the v8 is from a 100-series emblem. ;) Cheers

Huge box showed up from Toyota yesterday. I took everything out, ooggled and awwwed over all the nice OEM parts. Then put them back in the box and sent them off today to the body guy. Been missing my Cruiser, looking forward to getting it back next week! Cheers

I knew there was some corrosion under this cross member so I went in deep to remove it. H233 rear axle for the project got stripped down today. Just need to cut off a few brackets and I am fabb'ing. Cheers
