Looks like you picked up a tire table too. It has turned out to be one of our favorite accessories for Beastie so far. Makes cooking and cleanup so much easier. We typically have been storing it on top of the bed surrounded and covered with pillows and spare blankets. Or, it gets lashed in...
Mark might be able to mount it right to the upper frame of the trailer. I don’t know enough about the trailers actual construction to give a better answer. Well, I’m sure he could extend the rail all the way to the front of the trailer.
We keep our pots and pans, coffee pot, cleaning items, etc., under there in plastic trays. also a butane long neck lighter for the stove. Most of our plates, silverware, cups, etc., are keep in an Action Packer in the back of my 4Runner.
If you look at the black rectangular "pouch" above my propane tank in the picture below, that is where the foldout shower curtain that Mark builds is mounted and stored. Zip it open, pull out the supporting structure and the curtain falls down into a tall box shape for showering and or a place...
Good questions. First of all, because mine was the first of these trailers to be built, I had Mark shorten the length of the passenger side rear cabinets about 2" to fit my PETT portapotty. This added space has worked really well for Nanc. she has the same issues as your wife. You will have...
On mine, the fan in just about in the center of the roof. If it were further to the front or rear one could probably install a panel. You need to ask Mark about that. I purchase a portable 180 w panel from him and use that as necessary.
Tongue weight is roughly 10% of trailer weight. I've...
It had its belt replaced in ‘08 at 71 K. It now has 116 K on it. So, less tHan 4 K per year for 12 years. Little old lady only driving the car to church? My 2011 T4R has more rust on the undercarriage than this thing does. I’d love to own this rig. Good luck with sale!
You'll have to get that video from someone else. I'm not experienced in shooting video and getting it transferred up here. Wish I could, but too many other things on my plate at the moment to involve myself in another project.
Mark or any other owners, can you help him out?
Nanc says "Do it!" and I said "yes, ma'am". She can get really mean. Then I have to lock her up.
The pic is actually from a colonial village replica we visited in up state Vermont a couple of years ago.
Mark,
Nanc would really like the one piece door. So if you can do that for us we'd really appreciate it!
Vogold,
We're thinking the same thing. I picked these up a couple of weeks ago. Will be mounting them in the same location you selected, the end of the cabinets. I actually purchased...
He is up to his ears making a bunch of trailers for some RV dealers I believe. So he has come up with a retrofit using the newer style door locks on the two piece doors? That is a great idea. Hadn't even heard of him doing that.
