This was my 95 YJ that I took delevery of on y birthday in september 94 that I chopped for part a few month ago after 25 years and 320 000 km from witch 100 000 (62 000 miles) were with 6" suspension and off road mods. This was not a trailer queen. Drove it up to 1500 miles one way to off road...

Man, mine is on snow duty in winter at my cabin, away as much as possible from road salt and road sand. Should see the hard top come off next week. But I am actually waiting on a bracket kit to transfert my previous axel kit that was on my YJ. A front urly bronco d44 with chromoly axle and HD...

Perso, I am not a fan of silver, but it was the only one I could find at a good price when I got mine. So, mine is also silver and a 2005. So, nice LJ.

    Why?

Was also possible for y ARB, but wanted to mountit side ways. On my trailer, allow me to have the back door accessible w/o bending, since my RTT rack is only like 5 ft off the ground, and on my other vehicule, the back hatch would have made interference with the lattee and would not have been...

I'm winch dumb, can you help me?

I would rather go with a wireless renote controle than an incab only. When you rearange your lime after a weird pull, it is way easier to be outside and see what is happening with the line on the drum than one being outside and guiding the cable and signaling in and out, specially when they do...

How to make a cheap isolated dual-battery setup for $50

I do not want to interup a conversation here, and hope it will continue, but I just got a flash about the title of this tread. Are we still in the 50,00$ original target or this tread, or did it turn out that is it not doable? That is in order to have something safe and reliable. Thank you!

Rdo not know were you are in canada, but they are in Quebec city. If they don't ship, they might have an idea of who could have similar product closer to you. They might have what you are looking for. I know they have baltic birch and the seams to have the furniture type of veneer too. Keep...

Is there something between a teardrop and a regular caravan?

Nucamp offer a T@B outback or now boondock package. Not super off road type, but nice ground clearance (I think) and fairly light. Larger off road tires, higher ground clearance, solar as option, black and grey water. Ac with shore power or geny heat and fridge on propane/battery and shore...

i guess I am a little to far out and across border shipping would be expensive, but I could have provided you with all the parts you need to redo the power steering set-up. I have just pulled appart my 95 YJ and will be sending most of those part to scrap metal. They would have been yours for...

Mine is entirely built out of 3/8. But it is 7 layer birch ( around here north east quebec) we call it russian plywood ( ok, found out it is baltic birch). And built using outside carpenter's glue and finishing nails. So far, it as held up to 4 years of being bounced on thousands of miles of...

Improving security... lexan windows? And some other ideas

As a Paramedic, I do see a potential for safety. As glass will shater in case of emergency need, good luck with lexan. Plexi would brake with a pointy tool, but not lexan. Not that I am aware of.

    Teardrop Dilemma

Nice! But I have to admit that I know about the Papineau name, but I have never met any personnaly. Probably more toward Montreal are, way west of me. In my case, it is Levesque. I would have to search a bit, but i beleive that the first one arrived in New-France in the 1600. But I know...
