TTORA 2015 Big Bear On Saturday 8/8/15, I met up with TTORA in Big Bear and navigated up Gold Mountain and White Mountain. It was a long day, but awesome. A friend of mine who's a camera operator for several National Geographic shows joined me. He took the following pics of me driving.

I can't verify weight as well. But I think the 175lb figure is the typical combined weight with a winch. This is why I went with the 700lb springs on my coil overs. I noticed a big difference going from 650 to 700lb springs. Much better.

I'm using Trailhead Tire Deflators and like them. The pressure is set with an allen screw on the end and reliably deflates my tires.

Many people upgrade the alternator and connect it directly to the battery with an upgraded cable. With the OEM fuse being 140A in a Tacoma using a factory 130A alternator, I'm not sure if changing this to a higher rated fuse would be acceptable. I come from the school of thought that the fuse...

Thanks and you're welcome. So, it does take time to make things nice and neat. I actually began this about two months ago when I initially purchased the alternator and battery. There were several setbacks along the way, but I just had to be patient. And...I had to be willing to fix my mistakes...
