Depo black tail lights
Some kid smashed my tail light a couple days ago. So instead of replacing with stock OEM tail lights, I installed Depo black tail lights. I never planned on changing these, but I like the look.

This is just awesome! I'm really surprised at how quickly it took. I called FRP back in October, and they estimated 2-3 months. But I didn't believe it after everything I heard. I then called AT Overland and they freaked me out when they said that one customer of theirs ordered a FlipPac and it...
Great! Looks like your FlipPac came in. Congratulations. That means it took you less than three months to get the FlipPac. Are you happy with it? Did you get any add-ons? Rainfly?
Also, how is the "Shark-fin" antenna affected? Did you have to modify or move it?
Well, let me just say that the current project I'm working on is electrical. Before adding any accessories, I want to get a 'foundation' set up. I like things to be nice and tidy with regards to electrical.
Thanks for the info. I've been wanting a Flippac as well. Like you, it's integral to my build plans. Anyway, I called FRP last October before I bought my truck and then called AT. I'm hesitant to buy one now due to the torsion bar problems and the poor communication complaints. But whats weird...
It sounds like you've already purchased the Flippac. Is this true? If so, how long ago did you place the order?
Also, has FRP said anything about the torsion bar? From what I've learned, FRP has had a problem with sourcing the torsion bar. Additionally, many end users have had problems with...
Another DCLB! Looks good.
I don't see any mention of gears or lockers. So you're running stock gears with open diffs? And how do you like the long wheel base off road?
I don't know much about this guy's history but I watched a little. Did anyone pick up on the fact that someone is holding the camera? Who would do that? And how do they do it without laughing or stopping the guy? I'm baffled.
Hey Dave,
I've read all of this thread as well as your truck build thread. Very impressed. I hope you don't mind if i borrow a few ideas while i build out my truck.
Anyway, I'm in the Los Angeles area. It'd be great to meet up one day so I could check out your rig. Maybe I could join you on a...
Thanks, man. I'm charging ahead. So...going from my F150 to a Tacoma...
I originally bought my F150 coming from a 1992 Toyota 2wd regular cab pickup. The reason I went full-size at the time was due to back problems. I was trying to avoid surgery and was willing to try anything. So I thought...
