Meh, I'll probably just eye ball it and wing it :costumed-smiley-007
Yep, I'll get to that right after I drive nails into my tires for extra winter traction:safari-rig:
Looks like a great time, and I love the Tacoma.
It's refreshing to see someone take the time to deliberately and responsibly relocate creatures that aren't traditionally considered "desirable" And remove them from harm's way. I've seen too many people give into their initial inclination to...
Interesting. No abnormal or obnoxious noises coming from the rear so far? I'm exploring options for when my stock pack and AAL inevitably become too soft for my RTT and camping gear, and would like a third option beyond OME and Alcans.
Good to see you finally made a build thread for the truck over on the domestic forum. As I mentioned over there, bring your beast out West so you can experience real trails!
Also, don't forget to call Mom and Dad for Easter :-)
Good to see you started a build thread, and the new shell is looking awesome. Now bring it out West so I can take you on some actual trails.
Sincerely, your talented, good looking, articulate brother.
Looks awesome man! Saw the new pictures on the other site earlier.
Looking back at your suspension install; sweet Jesus those leaf packs are impressive! What load and lift are they rated for, and how are they riding so far?
Thanks! And yes, it is. It's a used 285/75/16 that's quite worn and it's a tight fit. It would be difficult to squeeze a new 33 inch Duratrac in there, but I could probably do it.
Thanks, man. I definitely like that this bumper shows a little more of that expensive piece of red iron. I'm actually debating adjusting my shackles so the rear sits 1/2 inch higher as I've lost a wee bit of height putting all of that new steel so far behind the axle. We'll see.
