I think I'm going to have to mount mine same as yours, so I wish it were about 6" shorter. In order to clear the door when it's all packed up it has to be mounted far enough to the rear it kind of hangs past the back, and being a borderline OCD idiot that bugs me.

Don't feel too bad about those welds. I've seen a lot worse by people who do this kind of crap for a living and should be a whole lot better at it. Shoot, if you look on that frame hard enough you'll probably see worse from the factory.
Well the test print was a success. Nothing spectacular, just a keychain of the Mfgrs logo. Right now it's humming away doing a filament holder so I can use 3rd party filament spools. If that one goes well I call it a success. I'll pop a couple pics tomorrow.
