How are they 34" tyres Scott? Im assuming your reffering to the KM2's, which on the BFG website states they are 33.3 in diameter.....unless someone has some real world measurement on a rim inflatedthat shows they are actually more than this?

That platform you made to gover the rear tray area.....is that permenantly fixed in place or does that have a hinge and swing up to open when the RTT isn't on top of it?

Forgot to mention the damage report.....
I clipped a tree on one track.....smashed the RHR Tail-light, the lense is barely holding together, the panel in front of the lense has ripples and decent scratches...
Once that was taken care of, Jeff began his decent very slowly down the track, with me guiding him.....the ruts were trying to drag the hilux into the side of the embankment and he got to the bottom with only some scrathces on his mirror.
I didn't want to let him go down by himself so I...
We did this one hill climb that was abit more challenging than the expected....not only slippery but there were alot of exposed tree roots running across the tracks that kept dragging the vehicle to one side.....
One of the blokes thought he'd explore a track he saw on the out skirts of one...

60 x 336 = 20,160
46,200/20,160 = 2.292
2.292 * 1.295 = 2.97
Thats not right.......2.92 is way below my 3.73: 1 that is standard......
my peak torque is at 1400rpm.....what went wrong?

You could easily fabricate some sort of support frame that sits within the "topper" itself and bolts to the floor of the tub.....then whatever RTT you decide to fit, just drill holes through the topper into the frame itself and mount it like this.
it would be low profile and very strong.

nothing wrong with bodylifts....they are very popular here in australia....Im going to bodylift my 07 hilux very soon....have a 3" suspension on it already, am tossing up whether to go 1", 1.5" or 2".....plan on running these offroad in 35/10.5x16
