Thanks for the responses guys. it is appreciated. Just a quick question for you all - do any of you have driveshaft issues with the CV angles using a 3" lift? Also, how much worse is braking performance with the 255's over stock? We here in Australia have really tight ******** road regulations...

Please post pics of Taco's with 255/85x16's?

G'day all, am about to purchase a Toyota Hilux (similar to the tacoma) and have decided to go a 3" lift. My query is that I am yet to decide whether to put 255/85x16's on the 16x8 rims or go 285/75x16 on the same rims. Im leaning more towards the 255's as in practicality. With the 285's I know...

    New Toyota Highlander Suspension Lift?

unibody, correct. I had a look today at the suspension and it is coil struts all the way around. so I guess you could lift the car with longer coils but the strut design itself would limit any tyre increase bigger than half to three quarters of an inch diameter because of the strut where the...

New LC70 serie in Australia...another dream truck we won't see here -V8 Turbo Diesel!

G'day all, Yeah the new cruisers are pretty good. I work at Toyota here in Melbourne, Australia and we were the first to get them here. The engines themselves have alot of potential and are extremely underpowered in their current form. The 200series wagon coming out next year has a twin turbo...
