Very common issue on the Defenders- oil cooler lines routed adjacent the exhaust manifold. Line cracks, oil all over the manifold, minor fire erupts only to burn the fuel supply lines located just above and rearward of the manifold. Literally throwing fuel on the fire. Check here...
