im stanley, and if you check out my build thread, it will show more of the truck. Bed size is like 50x80, fits an Exped LW. the top extends more then a 4wc. and when popped im 6'3 and have plenty of room, its like 4-5 inches taller then me even.

I made a rain skirt all the way around the bottom and then used kedder rail all the way around on top and bottom. Still down in baja. When i return i will get some more photos for you.

thanks! i did alot of boat work when i was younger and thought about using some fiber glass in the mix... but its far to messy and time consuming for me. My wife and I have a deadline to be on the road full time by the end of the month.

I cut every thing ruff then used a flush cut router to clean all the edges. Gave it a really clean look whe. i was done.

I decided to use a aluminum Composite material for the sides and top. I use 3mm thick on walls and top, and 6mm for the bed platform.
