    Overland Journal Trailer Comparison

I hear what you are saying but there are several factors. First driving a jeep you "feel" it more due to the short wheel base as well as the coil spring rear suspension. Coils just do not support weight like leafs so the slightest push or pull from the Campa would tend to throw your TJ around...

    Tiger Truck

Kia makes some stuff likt that for the rest of the world. THey are interesting little vehicles and could be a good option for a D.D. provided that you can get the llarger cab models in 4x4. I bet the gas versions get great MPG given the small motors.

    Overland Journal Trailer Comparison

The Campa pulls good behind my 4cy taco. I had one strapped to the back when the factory hitch on Outsidrs Duramax broke. I hauled it From Bahia De Los Angeles to Yuma Alot of off road, city and Highway. I wish I had a little more motor for the highway given my truck and the trailer were fully...

sweet scrambler I think we would all drive!

I agree. So far it is the only jeep I am intersted in. My best friend had one in high school we used to cruise in. It was a beat up 82 I think. We always had fuin in it adn from what I remember that 6 cyl got fairly good mileage with the 33" tires. Atleast as good as my 4cyl taco anyway.

sweet scrambler I think we would all drive!

Nice jeep but to big for my tastes. Looks like he does good work though so your project should turn out ice too.

Oztent RV2 First Impressions and Thread

Sounds like you need the peaked awning kit. I have that and on the rainy days I through it on to prevent all those issues. Infact you should just get the entire peaked awning and side walls kit to enjoy a nice weather free front porch!

    LoadWarrior vs MegaWarrior

I have both. Are you going to put it on the cab or topper? If you have it on the topper you will need to add atleast 1 more bar to it other wise you will bend or break the 2 bars existing. You will want an extention for over the topper. If it is going over the cab then just plain basket is good...

    Movin' that rear axle forward....

I think to many get focused on bigger is better and I myself fell into it. If your on a budget then your priority should be good tires not big tires. I have run my truck on 3 sizes of tires. I jumped from 31x10.50 to 255/85 tires. IMO you will be fine with a stock size tire and good tread. I did...

    GPS mount on a kayak?

Rigging a gps is not an issue. Order a ram mount specific to fit the unit you have. Install it using either aluminum pop rivets it S.S. bolt with nyloc nut. If you are concerned about protecting the unit from excessive water then get some 3mil plastic and cut it so you can wrap it over the gps...
