Kinda hard to spitball after the fact but I think they have changed how they figure payload/towing between here and there too.
But the sticker is the law of the land so is what is at this point, as far as real world payload I don't know if a lot of the older rigs would be rated the same vs...
Probably an unpopular opinion but if they made the body fit the wheelbase and just done away with the flares altogether it wouldnt have hurt my feelings any.
Our rear flares are tore up from the front tires throwing rocks at them even with full mud flapage.
Then there is the poor raptor trying...
Actually it seems to be about everything but the bags. Ride height sensors, valve block, compressor etc.
I only see the problem ones but I would rather put up with a rough ride than deal with it personally, especially out of warranty.
I only have charcoal, I like it. Both grill and smoker.
We have an acreage with a bunch of trees so I can use windfalls from them to cook on the cheap.
Pear tree lost a big branch a couple years ago, working on it right now and am really enjoying it.
Ram 1500/2500/3500 have air suspension optional. Some fancier Jeeps (GC/Waggy) have it available too.
Air suspension is... air suspension. No fun is had when you have problems in the boonies and your suspension gets deleted.
And in today's world of backorders it can be a bumpy road to getting...
There must have been some cooling concerns, they opened up the grille slots for '24 to increase airflow. They are no longer solid like they have been forever.
Probably afraid to totally hose their fleet fuel economy average or something.
The hard part is done, if they can keep a 6.4 happy in a 392 JL a 5.7 would be cake in a JT.
Pretty sure you can wash out the interior at least on some trim levels...
I used these for the fronts.

I wanted something kind of sleekish that wouldnt easily catch on things.
I used clamp on Bropheys to get my camper home, they worked. For that first summer I had the camper I used them too.
I built rocksliders for my truck and incorporated tie down points into them. If they can support the weight of the truck playing camper tie down is nothing. Tweaked the...
Bronco is coil over in the rear, Ranger is leaf sprung so the rear will at least be somewhat different. No idea if they offer the 60 kits for the Ranger. Ranger already thrashes the Bronco enough for payload that IMO it speaks volumes to how good the Advantek 44 is that both have from the...
Wrangler has had D44 based axles with lockers, sway bar disco and removable top in one package available since like 2006... and if you wanna upgrade axle swap bolt in options all but fall from the heavens.
70 serious is ridiculously overbuilt for what it is. My 46" cut 2009 RWD Snapper riding...
+1
I snagged an older Trek just to goof off with last summer and as kid it was always well you are so tall so now you get a 26" bike and you picked the one you liked the color of that is the end of it.
I have low standards, mainly want to ride on bike trails, around campgrounds etc.
Well...
I smell something here...
We had to wait a year and a half for a Bronco after we ordered it because among other things they couldn't get hardtops.
They had no problem placing the order, Ford doesn't assign a VIN and actually get serious about building it until they know they have all the...
Currently at work it is a bear just finding splash guards and floor mats for them.
Just got skunked on floor mats on a new L today, nothing out yet from anybody.
And then we were off to Kansas Rocks Recreation Park for their Creepy Crawl. It was our 5th anniversary weekend so I pulled out all the stops and spent the extra $20 to get a hotel with a fake fireplace on the way down. Started off on our own and eventually fell in with a Jeep club out of...
