I just had a request for more information about the space over the cab, if it can be used as a bed and the answer is absolutely. I want to add in a photo of the area over the cab converted to a bed. We do not have a mattress up there in the photo we just put a Thermarest air mattress to make it...
I want to add in a photo of the area over the cab converted to a bed. We do not have a mattress up there in the photo we just put a Thermarest air mattress to make it somewhat comfortable for our son while we took the photo. The area above the cab is sized for a twin mattress so 39" x 75" is...
TRAVR, we opted for no permanent table. We do 90% of our eating outdoors and the 10% we do indoors we eat on our lap sitting on the sofa or we have a small folding table under the main TV that we can pull down and set up in two minutes. I really dislike the floor mount that always stubs toes...
To be honest we don't have an awning yet for no real reason. It is all wired for an awning but we couldn't decide on one so we just kicked the ball down the road. We can usually find shade simply by using the Cruiser. That being said I am sure it will have an awning before too long.
As for...
DJ, we can always make a road trip! We have been looking at going to BC this summer but our son is shooting a movie in our house until the 10th of July,(don't ask LOL). Amazing how parents get sucked into these things :) . When are you going through BC and what sort of route are you doing?

I really like the gearing we have. I have never driven a similar unit with 4.88s so not sure how that would play out. We are quick off the line and have great highway speed. Also good power for the off-road miles we have done.
So far very happy with what we have.

Thanks Greg. I do notice that many of the threads on here go on for years as a build thread and was unsure how to take the "build thread" to a travel one. Annie and I have been very lucky that we could complete the build thread phase and shift to a travel phase so quickly.

Adam, I have looked through my paperwork and cannot find the model...

Adam, the kitchen or bathroom sink?
Sadly no we didn't get in to Expo this year. With the new location they have a reduced number of spots for big rigs and sold out a while ago. I tried getting in but sadly no luck this year. We decided late that we could go and sadly our loss. We could park...
In response to one of the questions, the Cruiser is 31' long bumper to bumper and weighs 18,600 lbs.
We have made approximately 25,000 miles in the last year in the Cruiser and continue to average around 10 MPG.
We have lowered the price of the Cruiser to reflect both the mileage and the fact...
