Java, I believe the foam being flammable discussion is more surrounded around the installation. Heat is a byproduct of the curing process of the foam. What has happened, on more than one occasion, an inexperienced installer has filled a cavity with foam too full and too rapidly. What happens...

Correct Java. I never drove it with weight and no bags. With no weight on springs it was near impossible to drive but it was never meant to be driven that way so not relevant.

That would be great. Our ride is excellent in our eyes but is not uncomplicated either, a fact I was well aware of when we chose it. It will be great to hear how yours rides. I love it just as much for the ability to level the camper for the night. What tires are you going with?

Java, our walls are 2" thick sprayed urethane foam. Our outer skin has flanges on it of probably 1/2" so that would be two thicknesses of 3/4" composite studding stacked to make a 1 1/2" "stud". the "studs" are attached to the flanges to make a 2" cavity for insulation.

Well we are about 1800 miles into our trip to Overland Expo in Asheville NC. Left home on Sept 15. The truck is running great. Getting just about 12 MPG so far. Added balancing beads before we left and that made a difference for sure. Our balance wasn't horrible I just thought I would try to get...
Mark (Jeep) our system has 1 pump and instead of 1 "breaker" at the main switch we have a small push button that electrifies the pump near each faucet. We also have an overflow on the main fresh tank that empties outside. I will have to ask about having an overflow for the grey tank installed...
