What would be good onboard compressor?

Welcome to the forum :friday: I'm not familiar with the compressor pictured but a popular option is a belt driven york a/c compressor, model 210L or 210R. Spressomon posted a link where you can get the mount/pulley/belt but it's to mount the compressor to the 4.5L I-6 gasser. The L/R...

The Jolly Green Giant...aka the Recycled Rig

Oh man, sorry to hear about all of your troubles. I think this is a great decision. Like others have stated it's probably wise not to dump a large amount of time/cash/headache's into an engine swap. Good luck with this... :REExeSquatsHL1:

    80 or 100

I think you can't go wrong with either model but if it were me I'd put an arb in front even if you don't anticipate on locking it -ever. Yeah, it may be problematic but I'd rather have a leak problem on a locker I don't use than a broken front diff that you frequently use. If I ever buy my...

2 pinion or 4 pinion, they're both prone to failure.

    80 or 100

:iagree: Even if I didn't need a front locker I'd put an arb just to strengthen the front diff.

Glad you found what you were looking for. I agree about the knowledgeable guys at RS, I don't really turn to them for questions. If I go there, I try to know exactly what I'm looking for prior to walking in the door. :shakin:
