I had a Haulmark cargo trailer for a few years that was converted to a CTC. Thought the trailer (original portion) was built quite well for a cargo trailer.

in 2018 it was the only SUV sized PHEV in the market, a few more alternatives today. It seats 5 fine, no 3rd row. Excellent build quality 98% of the vehicle is Japanese parts, and of course assembled in Japan. We actually leased it in 2018, came off lease in July 2021 - there were no cars...
I've had both a Max and a Pintle on various trailers, much prefer the Max. A bit of a bugger to get it in the receiver sometimes, but with some practice, it can slide it in without visual assistance. Pintles are a sloppy fit and bang around too much for my liking.
