Hi from
Well all Hi form the galapagos! the trip so far has been awesome. Quite the opposite of Scot and Chris´s freezing cold adventure. It is really hot hear but that makes snorkeling with sea turtles penguins and sealions all the better! Our hikes have led us to some amazing island terain...
Well I have all my hard maps in the back of the passenger seat pocket. I have a cobra 75 series cb radio on the dash cause it is small and takes no room. My gps is mounted in the dash console in place of the radio. I plan to make an overhead console to hold the radio map lights etc. once my cab...

Well a few things and welcome to expo. First the canback toppers do not do a great job of sealing out dust which is a major problem in baja and the desert. #2 they do not offer any real security other then hopefully out of sight. #3 they do not have alot of strength for carring rack and stuff up...
Stock location undernieth on the truck and infront of the main bin on the trailer. the 22 gallon stainless water tank and 20 gallon fuel tank were made to fit inbetween the tacoma chassis and the fram for the campa unit so the toyota factory crossmembers are all in place and functional.
oh I almost forgot. All the bins hardware hinges tent platform etc are stainless stel. No worries of rust or wear. Even the frame that the bin sits on is stainless. The only aluminum is the lower compartments for electrical and the rear step plate on the bumper

And finally a front shot with the Campa USA trailer in the pic too.
The amazing thing is that in 10 minutes up can be set in camp or break down. % if you hustle and don't set out a bunch of stuff. The system here is basically the same as what we used in baja. It is just mounted right on the...
Now for some of the final pics. There were a few changes to the bin for the final. It is taller then the early prototype pics. This was to gain maximum storage capacity. You will also note the side storage wheel well bins, propane tanks
In this image you will see the tent covered and the...
Well Amigo's I have some interesting news. On our Baja 1000 expedition last fall. Chris Cole (campa USA), Mike Lokey (Lokey Trucks), and myself were up late talking over the usual rederic of expedition vehicles, outfitting etc. Always intreaged with new ideas and improved old ones, we were...

Well I'll tell you as a dealer for both brands I have a major opinion on this. If you are getting a tower to fit a rain gutter thule is the only way to go. I have installed both types on to many vehicles to count. I personally have broke 3 of the yakima raingutter towers and have had over a...
