You should glass the passenger rear storage compartment and build a baffle. Have had an infinity 10" sub there for 10 years with no issues and I can still use the rear seat. (For kids of course)

To confirm you are running ICON 2.5 shocks w/ a block? thought you were doing a 2.0. If yes, sounds like a bad valving issue, no complaints with mine on ride quality.

Very interseting, as the your gears are getting you back to a close actual speed. For example, my speedo read on 285s and stock gears are: 60 (3rd gear) 2700 4th Gear: 65 ~2100 70 ~2250 75 ~2400 I would say you need to add ~5mph to the speedo read, either way, thats no bad at all! Almost...

Nice, Ive seen it mounted in front of the ABS Module before the airbox (on AC, assuming underhood DC is the same), but also a good spot to put the ARB air compressor. I might have to build a box in the corner of the bed by the cab when the time comes, we will see. Let us know what you come up...
