I had poor experiences with the moog inner and outer tie rods. The supplied bolt was too soft and stripped out. Ended up replacing with another moog outer end using OEM castle nut. Consider OEM since your already in there. I wish I did.
I've read it enough;

35s = 4.88
I'm not interested in the next online gear calculator, I'm interested in what real people are seeing on their rigs.

Wiggling the tire at 9 and 3. Have a friend do it and feel the inner the attachment where the boot is. The shaft was moving and out of the socket where it attached to the domed ball portion.

Replaced the original inners at 110k, steering rack at 120k, did new inners then. They were definitely loose, no question they needed replacing (both times). I'm sure this is redundant but don't forget locktite on those 4 LBJ bolts. Too many horror stories of having them working their way loose...
I ran moog inner/oute TRE and LBJ, they were toast in less than 10k miles. Plus the bolt they gave me for the outer tre stripped. Back to OEM, have been happy.
Wife has a 2007 RAV4 with a smart key. Bought a blank off of Amazon for $5, had it cut at the locksmith for $5 and swapped the rfid chip into the new key. Not saying it's the same for the gx or will work but worth exploring.
Addison,
With another one on the way my 04 AC may be on the chopping block too, what was your thinking / rationale for going with a 4th Gen 4RNR vs. the GX470? Seems the used market for the GX is more favorable due to less demand (and knowledge) of the platform. Nearly identical power train...
Terrible experience with moog lbj; lasted 5k before I had to replace. Then the bolt stripped out on the tre when I was torquing it down on the knuckle. Won't skimp here any more, OEM all the way.
