EDITED
I initially had the rough cost here but realized it will be out of date very soon and this thread will be around for a while. I would suggest contacting the sales guys at ITB in Coaldale AB for an accurate quote.

Starting to see some cabinets being done.

This cabinet is the one beside the door over the boot cubby. All aluminum cabinets. Fully welded and filled seams. Southco latches. Full extension heavy duty slides.
SRQSUP, if you meant thank you to me you are welcome. In the effort of clarity, what we are doing and what Mark (Jeep) is doing are two different things.
What we are building here http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/143852-Dodge-Ram-5500-motorhome is an interlocking paneled aluminum...
Thinking about it. For enclosed storage at the back. Something similar to what we are doing but making the back 2-3' storage accessible through two large opening doors may work as well. Similar to the back of a moving van or Sprinter but the rear "compartment" is only 3' deep, or whatever...
Photo Friday's as they have come to be known.
Here it is as of today with the wiring done and the spray foam on the interior all finished up. On to interior sheeting starting Monday.

Since it is ITB (Intercontinental Truck...

153624, Luke, contact Mark at Lite Industries in Red Deer regarding the wheels and tires. I purchased them through him. He is very knowledgeable about wheel / tires combinations, backspacing etc. Mark is known as JEEP on Expo. He has a build thread going right now showing his new flat...
Thanks Hitek. I am a big fan of Das Bus as well!
Victorian, I wish I had more pictures to share and have asked many times but they just don't seem to be coming.
It is in the wiring phase now so not much glamorous stuff happening. They did cut out the holes for the curb side windows though...
I did some quick reading this morning and processed hemp does not set off drug dogs and I would challenge any border guard to pick out hemp fabric. Complain about a Tommy Bahama print maybe but not hemp! :sombrero:
