    Perfect Camp Stove Griddle?

I am currently looking for one that I can use on my Weber gas grill & my new 3 burner Stansport 60k btu camp stove. Lots of ones I like, just none in stock at this time.

    low/er budget camp stove review

I will start by saying: I really wanted a Partner or Camp Chef Mountaineer. But this was half the price & more importantly, was available right then & there, & so was the case. I recently picked up the Cabela's/Bass Pro 3 burner campstove made by Stansport. I knew I was taking as risk, but...

WTB: Dodge Power Wagon 3rd Gen

2 yrs too late, sorry. I had a 2008 Dodge Power Wagon w/G-56 6-speed manual transmission. I ordered it new. Great truck but it nickeled & dimed me to death in the end in the NY rustbelt. Body & frame were rust free, it was everything else. If you find one, replace the manifold bolts with...

    Colorado owners likes /dislikes

Current 2019 diesel ZR2, coming from a 2008 Dodge Power Wagon w/G-56 manual 6 speed. From 6-10 mpg, empty or towing 10,500 lb, didn't matter.....to 13-25 mpg with the ZR2 diesel. 2x the mpg towing the same 4000 lb camper, 13 vs 6. The ZR2 certainly is smaller than the PW but so are the repair...

12v Cigarette plug in back enough for fridge?

Old thread I know. If you are able, I strongly recommend the ARB plug kit for about $45. It uses 10 ga wire, which is important on long wire runs & high ambient temperatures. We almost lost our 2017 4RUNNER as a result. Got so hot it melted plastic with factory 12v plug. I caught it just in...

    ZR2 vs Gladiator Sport S

We have a 19' ZR2 diesel. I absolutely love it. The cons are space. We came from a Power Wagon. But we manage. Also, the wireless phone charger is absolutely useless. Nobody's phone fits. Not sure ****** they were thinking. If you are thinking hardcore offroad, the Gladiator is the better choice...

    Chevy Colorado Z71 vs ZR2

Lockers...... better to have them & not need them than to need them & not have them ! Seriously, you don't need them very often but when you do, they are worth their weight in gold ! I absolutely love our 2019 diesel ZR2.

Need some ARB Fridge help please.

We have 2 ARB Fridges, an 82 at & a 50 qt. 82 qt has been plugged into 120v since new in 2014. No issues. 50 qt is our go-to fridge for 90% of our outings. It has started to be erratic with its temperature. Fridge will be set at 30° F, yet will be reading 15°F, but will actually be 45°F when...

Colorado 12 volt plug for refrigerator

I highly suggest that you wire direct to the battery, with an inline fuse and use 10 awg wire. Stock wiring is simply not up to the task. I used the 12v plug in our 2017 Toyota 4 Runner for our ARB 50 qt. I caught it just in time. It would have burned to the ground. The wires got so hot it...

For a super economical option..... If you have a roof rack/basket, some pvc pipe & a couple adjustable tent poles, you can easily rig up your own.

I KNOW I have seen this but can't seem to find one......Looking for a canvas/waxed cotton/oil cloth toilet paper roll holder. Smittybilt Scout Trailer Reviews?

Tongue weight is just one aspect here. I say what others have said, someone went overboard with the grinder on the welds but I also think that it is just under built in that area. I am no engineer but there is front to back stress, up & down stress, twisting L&R stress. By unloading the front...

Official Test Results: Five Ways to Heat a Tent

We have a Patton electric space heater that we have been using for years in our 18' camper. It works fantastic. We use it on the low setting (700 watts) & after an hour, have to turn it down. I know a tent is different but if you do have electricity or can find a 100 watt 12v heater, that would...

Hard storage box for front runner slimline?

Like anything, you can spend a little or a lot, on them. I have had good luck with the HDepot Ridgid tool boxes, specifically the middle size one. They have been watertight even in torrential rain, on an open trailer, doing 65 for 5 hours. I was impressed. You can also use Pelican cases...

Ram 2500 gasoline extended gas tank help

Another thing to consider is if ever selling it or trading it. When I traded our holy grail truck in (08' PW w/G-56), the first thing that they did is put it on the lift & went over the entire emissions & exhaust system & told me flat out, "if it ain't factory stock with all emissions intact, we...

I have been using Hotshots Secret exclusively since the day I drove our ZR2 diesel off the lot. No issues. It works. Their claims are backed up by science. Anti Gel in winter. EDT in every tank. No issues, 14,500 miles. Buffalo Ny area.

    Let's talk colored area lights

I have thought about this as well. Specifically, a couple of these https://www.homedepot.com/p/HDX-75-Watt-PVC-Clamp-Light-1102/205504032 And use colored led bulbs. I have even considered using a telescoping PVC pole, to get it higher in hopes of eliminating the shadow issue. I have things to...

Old Truck Suspension Question - KNOWLEDGE NEEDED

It looks factory to me. One sure way (at least I think) is if the overload spring contact perch is riveted (not bolted) to the frame. Looks like rivets to me. My money says it is stock.
