Bumping an old thread to see if anything new has come out. I was looking at the map pouch from Blue Ridge Overland Gear, but it only holds 2 maps. I'm looking for something that will hold 5-6 Delorme maps.

So I just got my roof rack in, and it's unfinished. I was going to get it powder coated, but I work to much and can't get to powder coat place while they are open during the week. They are not open during the weekends. How durable do you think spray paint will be? Any other finishes I can use?

So I'm working on designing and building a telescoping rack for my RTT. It's a old Sears trailer, 4x6 or so. As of right now, I want to build the telescoping section by using 1"x2" rectangular tubing in the stake pockets. Does anyone know if they make rectangular telescoping steel? I've looked...

Thanks. I am, but my I'm not sure my roof rack will have been delivered by then. If I have time, I plan on making a set of rails for my trailer to temp mount the tent on. If I don't have time, I guess I'll bust out my Cabelas Alaskan Guide tent and pray it isn't warm.

Does anyone know the axle width of a 100 series? I'm trying to source a axle for my trailer build. I'm thinking 63"? I've searched, but can't find a definitive answer.
