Ya I have the same cots. I went and looked at one yesterday and thought it was to small also. It's a shame, it was used but in great shape.

For those of you with the 10'x10' Kodiak tents, what are your thoughts on fitting 3 guys with cots and gear in one? It would be for about a week. I'm thinking it's going to be to small, but figured I'd ask.

Most definitely.

I would stick with the Suburban. It will go anywhere a Explorer will go, unless the Explorer is heavily modified. Go to harbor freight and get a floor jack and a couple of jack stands. If you use coupons or catch a sale, I'm willing to bet it will be under $100.
