I agree, this isn’t a true management job for that comp. They’re combining two rolls into one, for the price of low skilled labor. It doesn’t look miserable, just confused rolls and expectations for a “manager” position.

I’d like to know too. My driver’s heating pad element has been INOP for awhile.
For those whose pads are running too hot, you can adjust the temp with the GAP tool.

I guess it comes down to budget. Personally I’d snag a CVT or Overland Pros softshell tent. They’re are bargain right now.

Make sure the battery terminals are properly connected and without corrosion.
Then I’d look at the starter. It’s not bad to get to.
