Not sure if you were able to sell your rig already. If properly treated for rust, the holes can be patched. I would not consider it too much of an issue if disclosed properly.

I have not taken it to a scale, but it should be within the GVWR of this vehicle, but probably not far under either. The F250 Tremor is technically a F350 and has the axle of the F350, so should be all good.

The 12V converted version is hard to beat from a power consumption perspective. And size of course matters as well.
