I know what you mean. The straps are short term. You will notice I have the clips on the front of the fridge for more robust hardware like these
I had just moved the fridge from the back of the truck to the camper, but not yet the mounting hardware. Likely to go wheeling before a camping...
Now I just need to swap the RTT for the one I want and I am set.
May want to get larger or at least a spare Propane tank and come up with some kind of heater system
I also installed the ARB Fridge Slide.
Lesson Learned: I installed it to far to the right so I had to modify the right latching mechanism
I then installed the Battery Charger and shore plug so I could charge it off of 110V rather than just the truck
Now you need to tighten the lock nut until you can't turn the drum. This will set the bearings and seals in place.
Then loosen so the drum turns freely, but not to loose.
For those cruiser guys who do their own front axles, I used the fish scale method and set the pre-load to about 10lbs...
It's nice when you have a trailer to be running the same tires and RIMs as the tow vehicle so you only have to carry one spare tire.

Goodyear Wrangler MTR 305/70/16, Micky Thompson Classic Lock Rims 16 x 8, 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern
I bought an off road AT Horizon Trailer from a Jeep owner. It has Mickey Thompson RIMs priced at $199 each new
and Goodyear Wrangler MT/R 305/70/R16 Tires which are $274 each new
I am replacing them with Land Cruiser 6 lug rims and 35" Toyo's. Probably not more than 2000 miles from a...
It's 70" tall
Striped down the part where there was rust and painted it and tucked the trailer in the garage. If I had a bigger car then the BMW, I still had a few feet to work with if I moved the stuff from the back wall. This is one of the reasons I wanted one of these so I could store it in...
Stupid Question
My gas cans are red and my water cans are either light blue or tan
I have a Black and a Green on the trailer - which is suppose to be gas and which water?
