Well the JK is going to Moab in a few weeks, so it's going to get dirty! The XJ seeing winter driving duties and beach buggy duties in the summer, so they both see their share of dirt!

I have the Diehard deep cycle battery in my JK with a ARB 37L, get's about 2.5 days before the low voltage fail safe kicks in. I've been using the cigarette lighter but I am going to get a hard wire kit soon.

I don't like mine outside in the elements, dam things are picky as it is, rust just adds to it. I am planning on getting one of these mounts.

Getting ready for a trip to Moab from NJ, just added a second box on the top. Might be for sale when we get back, need a larger trailer.

I removed my slide, because all it did was rattle when it was empty. With some weight on it, it was a bit better but still could hear it rattling. So if your making something to go inside a Jeep, try to keep it quiet.

Since there are so many of us Moab "virgins" attending, maybe we should do some trails together. Seams like we are all kinda on the same page as far as vehicle limits and capacities.

If cost is not part of the equation than ARBs are on the top of the list. To save a few bucks, Trutracs are my second choice.
