My old XJ hated towing our pop up. Trans puked on the PA turnpike one year on the way out to the PA Jeeps show. That was a fun trip!:Wow1:

    TMC'S XJ project "Fire-Road Runner"

Looking good, love the two door XJ's. My first one was a 96 two door Sport, with the rear vent windows. Hard to find those. I would have loved to find another 2 door in my search, but the pickings were slim!

    Project "SILVER" an XJ Build

They were ok for what they were, never upgraded them. As we all know the XJ headlights are horrible, these made them bearable on road without spending big bucks on upgraded lights.

    Project "SILVER" an XJ Build

I had the Detourz unit on the red one pictured above. It was super solid, and strong. I think I may go for something a but more finished looking, like the ARB or JCR. Still working out some details on things, spoke to the nice folks over at Metalcloak yesterday, I may go that route. Haven't...

    Project "SILVER" an XJ Build

So I am debating lift kits. I am torn between a few of them. I have had a few XJ's in the past, and my past experience has been with a Rough Country kit that was OK. I didn't have it long enough to see how it was going to hold up. The other kit I have experience with is the Rubicon Express...

    Project "SILVER" an XJ Build

Been out of an XJ way too long! Finally found one here in NJ, that was not a rust bucket and didn't have 200K on the odo. So I present to you, project "SILVER" a mild XJ build for some trail use, lots of beach use, and some camping. Project "SILVER" is a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Limited, 4.0L...
