Hey y'all, just getting back on grid after the weekend... I'll catch up here.
It needs new TPMS, the sensors are no longer present. Water cans and propane tank aren't included, the Ram track and 67 designs phone mount are included. Shown but not included is my Ram mount/Garmin gps.
I do have...

Exactly! Currently our biggest holdup is the economy of scale and buying power. As it is with many of the smaller trailer companies out there. Over time, as you said, if demand continues we, collectively all teardrop builders, will be able to overcome some of the large price barriers that keep...
So normally I try not to engage in these discussions, but I would like to weigh in a little bit on the cost to build a teardrop as a commercial production vs home built unit.
I can't make any assumptions about any competitors that I've seen mentioned here (Moby1, et al), but I know the exact...
Bump, updated top post with the following:
Update:
Since posting this, we've released a new trailer model; the Pika. The Pika is a more compact model with fewer amenities, intended to be a more budget friendly option to get into a high quality teardrop with the same attention to detail and...
Perhaps this has been covered in this thread, but does anyone know if this tent can store sleeping gear inside when folded? It looks so thin when folded, it's hard to imagine that there's space for any gear to stay inside like Tepui or CVT.
To your comments on the cover with the velcro, etc., Tepui and CVT both sell the covers aftermarket, along with the zippers... It appears that the aluminum extrusion on the sides is nearly the same on both, what are the folded dimensions? I would be curious if you could buy the zippered cover...
The insulation on the doors and windows is no different than those used in a full-size RV, and not much different than windows found in homes built before 1980... I'm not positive, but I think the windows and doors on the side might be double-paned
The plants were my mom's idea to make it feel...
Do you find that you remove the drawers from your rig regularly? If not, what about a rivnut into the floor? I used turnbuckles on my flatbed and had the same problem, but now that I'm back to a bed, when I build my drawer system I'm going to bolt it directly into the bed using a handful of 6mm...
That setup looks good, I've seen lots of Saris racks around town, and they've always appeared well made, I'd be more concerned with the strain the bikes put on the spindle for the carrier, but as long as that's good, I think a setup like yours is perfectly viable.
Most of all, it's really nice...
I would like to share the company my father is just launching, I'm extremely proud to present this to everyone here, and really excited to watch his new business grow. My dad is a fine-woodworker and carpenter of many many years, with his primary expertise being the restoration and remodeling of...
While they may not be the most efficient, they're damn good for those of us who don't have money to spend on Pelican or Alumibox cases. Those of us who are striving to have **** that works, but also be able to afford to go to work, or school, and eat every day don't have the ability to drop big...
Testing the waters. I've found myself debating back and forth about sticking with the flatbed I built this spring, or going back to a factory bed.
Flat bed
This is an excellent platform off of which you can build upon and take your truck to the next level, be it rock crawling, overland travel...
My only word of caution to any who consider this, is that while your tire carriers are built to be burly, they're built to support the weight when it is "balanced" more on top of the hinge access, but much like inch-pounds vs. foot-pounds, the same principle applies to your tire carrier and...
Thanks! I'll try to send you pictures of what I come up with when I finally get around to building the new stuff. Stable bike hauling is important to me, so hopefully what I have in mind pans out.
