As long as you are in there make sure to grease the wheel bearings. It can be a beech sometimes getting to them.

Comments for OP. If your bike rack uses a threaded hitch pin, make sure to thread the pin in from the passenger side NOT from driver side. Get the pin nice and tight. If your bike rack is self tightening...get it nice and tight. This should help. Best of luck!

I use the ARB units...however they are a commitment. I like them so much that I’ve installed a second battery in both of my trucks...the total package works really well. The downside is it’s expensive.

The 400P is the sweet spot in the Viair lineup. I did need to replace the air hose and the inflator/chuck. The hose cracked and the chuck quit working. The pump itself has been excellent.
