Totally get it. I have no first hand experience or knowledge. Just curious why they would take such a risk. Money is great and all but killing your customers is pretty bad for business and reputation.

I don’t know for positive but I feel like the filter would be too slow if you put it before your tank. but I have seen people put filters on the end of the hose as you fill the tank. So I guess it probably depends on the filter or filters.
