I used the same email you have, maybe you can look for another certified dealer to answer your questions or work on the trailer I assume they get paid by Imperial to do the work so anyone that sells them could maybe help you out? Sorry to hear that your dealer is not living up to their contract...

I have reached out to Imperial both through email and through my dealer. Your dealer should be taking care of this though. I have run everything through our dealer and only asked a few questions to Imperial. I would have a chat with your dealer and ask them to service the vehicle based on the...

    1) Basic operation is a tough question depending on how you are using it. I ran some test with mine the AGM Bluetop batteries only have about 1500 Watts of useable power so can't go very long without reasonable solar power each day or a generator. 2-3 days without good sun or a generator is all...

Discovered my short in my fridge as it gave a bad smell off while it was running and the batteries were draining when no power was being used by anything. Ultimately as the short got worse the fridge failed to get enough power to turn itself on for very long and we stopped our trip and came back in.

I wouldn't worry too much about the weight distribution as the trailer suspension goes up and down so you can equalize it quite a bit with your truck. You will need a generator as mentioned if you want to use the AC probably 3500 Watts to handle the initial load and then it will drop down. The...

Outside of the dealer being really busy and backed up they have been responsive on fixing most issues, they were able to order a part for me before they could take the trailer in to get it fixed so the part would be there and ready to go for a quicker turnaround so I appreciated them working on...

Well I just ran into an issue this week, that made me not so happy. I had a leak in my hydraulic cylinder for the suspension lift which is holding me back from using it until fixed as I am assuming the suspension could stop working or the trailer could drop to it's lowest point, I don't quite...

I am not familiar enough with the the stabilizer and what you are asking to make sure I give you the right measurements, maybe someone else can or you can ask the dealer. Couple things to think about from a height standpoint, it will change as the trailer suspension system goes up and down...

I am not sure where the modification goes for the water tank it would have to be up under the steel plating so there must be some additional space up there. As far as running out of water it really depends how long you plan on going and what you plan on doing. It's not a lot of water for off...

Hi Carl, Thanks for the great info. Interested to see the bed structure that was made off the bench. Couple thoughts/questions that came up: The addition of the water tank is nice but the grey tank is still 30 gallons so depending on where you are you might not be able to get rid of it...

Hi Carl, Those are a lot of well thought out changes would be interested if ROA feels they are all doable and what that might cost. Here are my general thoughts from our use: 1: add 30 gallon fresh auxiliary water tank underneath - This would be helpful we end up bringing extra jerry cans...

There is a one year warranty on everything through the dealer. Then warranty on the appliances based on what they are....that's about it from what I know.

Here is a link to the X-Chocks Easy to set up and nothing moves!! 5 Best things: 1. Trailer does a nice job of matching some nice luxury features with the ability to really go off road - with my wife and daughter it was hard to find the trade off with other trailers and this did it. Also...

Ram Rebel with a setup of tow capacity for 11,500. I have not had any issues towing this even up large hills. However, I don't plan on having a toy in here which would add considerably to the weight load.

As an owner I will tell you as much as I can. 1) Stabilizers - There are 4 total stabilizers two in the back that were shown in the picture and two in the front. If you reach under you pull them straight out and then down. Overall they work fine depending on how high you have the entire unit...

Yes it looks like the batteries were moved inside from the pictures. Not sure if they still have any on the outside as the compartment is still on the outside as well. So the battery upgrade is definitely a plus. Not sure what the new panels are. The place I bought mine from have seen the new...

The version I have is 200Watts GO Solar Panels, standard battery is two Optima Bluetop D27M. I had a short with my refrigerator originally which was taking more draw than expected. That has been fixed and I have only been 3 days off grid with it so far and tested it for 5 days in my backyard...

maineboarder87@gmail.com I have one of the XR22, one of the first versions off the lot, had it since Nov and been out with it 6 times. I am happy to answer any questions about it. I have also viewed the Opus15 and Black Series. I was originally going to get an Opus 15 and then I switched to the...
