    Ram 2500 long term reliability

I have a 2015 ram 2500 diesel. The space and power is amazing and it does ok off road with some decent tires on it. Towing is amazing and I can't imagine towing heavy loads without the exhaust break now. In tow/haul mode with the exhaust break the truck pretty much takes care of braking for you...

he answered this a few times so far but he plans on a solid center section and two sides that flip outwards like a safari rig :)

Thinking of removing the water tank from my pop up...

I removed mine from my FWC for about a year. I found myself using less water overall and had some extra space but ended up missing it and felt like shuffling around water containers was far more annoying then gaining some cargo space. I mainly camp on the California coast so I never dealt with...

Great rig! Very nicely done and functional. On that last pic, what is the material on top of the box with the raised circle pattern? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

If you were to start all over with a brand new truck, which would you choose?

If Ford ever makes a Ranger again (small one, not mid size like the newer tacomas and such) I think I would go back to that. Would be great with the 2.7 ecoboost. I miss the size and the all in one aspect of the small trucks. Oh well :) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

What are the downsides to a FWC?

Thanks, thats a good idea! Ill agree the worst part of a FWC is taking the jacks on and off :)

Lets see some full size pictures...

Your truck is awesome! I am a little biased as I just bought nearly the same truck, a 2015 white crew cab short bed ctd. Is your truck lifted at all to fit the 35's or do they fit stock?

    Camper and Truck Photos

Few pics of my new to me FWC over the past 6 months or so Some random photos of my truck/camper from Mendocino National Forest and Usal Beach. Not sure why the forum insists on the last pic being rotated incorrectly :)

    My F-150 Expo (sorta)

I like it alot! Did you do any sort of custom platform/storage/sleeping area setup in the shell besides the bed rug or is it all just piled in there? I just stepped up from a Ranger to a F-150 as well and am pleasantly surprised that even with the 5.4 I'm getting the same gas mileage O.o, I bet...

    New to site...early bronco driver!

    Ford Ranger build up....

For 98 and newer rangers with ifs it is easier to convert to leafs. 97 and older with ttb is setup perfect for a coil sprung sas. Nice job, I love Rangers! :)

    Anyone running a Bronco?

EB's are great, I've had one for about 8 or 9 years now. I'll list the good and bads that I can think of off the top of my head that are relevant to overload travel: Pros: Easy to work on Stout drivetrain: d44, 9", d20 TC, v8 Maneuverable - awesome size for off roading if not a little short...

    Overnighter to Usal Beach

Hey Guys, We had a great short trip up to Usal beach this weekend. It was really foggy on the way there, but we woke up this morning to a beautiful day and Elk grazing in the field next to our campsite. Here is a couple of quick pics of ccarley's Jeep and some of the beautiful beach and road...
