You can use welding cable, it's more flexible, higher quality, and can handle more amps compared to the same size battery cable. Should let you actually go down one size and easily handle the required amps. Check McMaster.com Walt

I have two 100W ICP "Sunsei" SOLAR panels for sale, VG condition. They provide 100W/6.3A into 15V. Plug and Play, standard 2 prong connection. They are very well built, with sturdy aluminium frames, made for mobile applications on RV's. I used three of these to power/recharge my home backup...

My vote for the common Zippo. Not flashy, but I've used mine at over 14K, cold/hot. Always carry one. Oh yeah, don't forget to refill...bummer. That lesson was why I have a firesteel b/u...:elkgrin:
