Inverter install in a JK Unilimted.

You can use welding cable, it's more flexible, higher quality, and can handle more amps compared to the same size battery cable. Should let you actually go down one size and easily handle the required amps. Check McMaster.com Walt

I have two 100W ICP "Sunsei" SOLAR panels for sale, VG condition. They provide 100W/6.3A into 15V. Plug and Play, standard 2 prong connection. They are very well built, with sturdy aluminium frames, made for mobile applications on RV's. I used three of these to power/recharge my home backup...

    Conqueror Conquest Battery Charger Issues

D: Sorry for the delayed response, I'll get you a list of what I used; wired up the GFCI this past weekend, nice to plug in the trailer, have 120V, and not have have to use an inverter or generator... I did sell my G4, worked out pretty well, but I have to admit I do miss it. Finding my next...

    Conqueror Conquest Battery Charger Issues

The charger really consists of two pieces inside, there is a big step-down transformer on the right side (as you look at it from behind), and a fan cooled charge controller circuit board on the left lower section. These two sections can be removed, and you can wire your new charger in-place of...

    Conqueror Conquest Battery Charger Issues

Just went through this a few weeks ago...my charger went bad, and ruined an Odyssey 1750 for me. Circuit breaker was fine, the charger they put in there is an old design, creates a lot of heat, and (as we know) impossible to get factory parts for... I took the panel out, replaced the on board...

    Alcohol stoves?

I have a Trangia lightweight cooking kit, and an Origo 1500. I've cooked a lot of small meals on the Trangia, and the Origo was a staple on my boat for years. The best thing about the Alcohol stoves is the fuel, clean burning, and a fire/spill can be put out with water. Whenever I have to...

    Jerry cans

Thanks, I wondered if the lining was ok for Gas/Diesel. Good to hear I'll have no worries then. Didn't want to try them with fuel before baking for powdercoat (fumes and all :-) I'll get them to the shop then. Walt

    Jerry cans

Don't mean to hijack, but I have a question... Just received my 4 cans from DeutschOptik, along side my Wedco, they are easily as nice, new, just not as "pretty". My intent is to powder coat two yellow for diesel, and keep two green for misc (already have four red Wedco gas/2 water). I am...

solio charger compatibility with Digital camera

I try to be power self sufficent while traveling, and I've used several different iterations of solar charging solutions... I've used a Solio for the last couple of years, issue with it is that the recharge time is fairly long, and if you need it on a daily basis, it will not have a full charge...
