@marshal, thanks, good to know. I figure I'd have to move them a little closer together than how I would carry then normally. Maybe even reverse one so the bars don't hit.
Thanks for the info. I'm trying to figure out if I can run my Yakima Bedrock system with two mt. bikes attached while the Leitner is on. I know I can slide the top bar forward so that isn't an issue but the pods are concerning. I'll have to do some measuring.
Just another update. NG Topo continues to run on Mac OS X 10.12 Sierra. Just tested today. Double-clicking to zoom was a bit flakey but a right click brought up the zoom levels and that worked. Didn't test any more but seemed fine. I'll test on High Sierra soon. Not sure if machines that go to...
Checked my West Virginia Delorme and it's all there on the legend page. The open tipi (black in the above image) is a public campground. The closed tipi (purple above) is just listed as a campground but with instructions to check other pages. When checking those pages it explicitly defines those...
Have canned, frozen and dehydrated for years. Grew up doing it. Have my own garden and orchard and access to good, local meat or game. Are you saying that you bring the ball jars with you on your travels? This intrigues me. How are you packing them to protect them?
Downloaded the dark site image from the gearthblog site above and overlaid it onto Google Earth. Quite interesting though I think they overdo the effect of light pollution in a few spots in WV based on where I live but nonetheless still a cool application.
Note that not all of the Tundras have timing belts. The 2007-14 5.7's have chains as do the 10-14 4.6's and the 05-14 V6's. Just one less thing to worry about. I love my 08 DC LB 5.7.
Check out the Dark Site Finder map. That dark spot right in the middle of the eastern US is the Monongahela National Forest in WV. Other dark spots include northern PA, Adirondack Park in NY, most of Maine and apparently a spot on the FL/GA border.
MotoDave,
Thanks. On a closer look the openings in the track are further apart but I think I can make it work. I'll report back when I get this all together.
I've just looked at the link at Recrac that I posted above and they now have some new pics. Pic 1 shows the attachment "nut" and pics 2 and 4 show what appears to be L track. Can someone confirm that I'm correct. BTW, here's the link again. Click on the pics to enlarge them. If this is L track...
1Louder,
Sorry, didn't mean to come across that way. BTW, I found out about the IOS version on a blog by the author I believe. Still pretty useless without the WV MVUMs for me. I don't think the VA are on it either.
