The link provided above is how I built mine on my 7.3. However, even the nicer solenoid does not charge the battery that fast. For instance, it will not keep your third battery charged if you're drawing power over what's it can charge at. Do the set up he recommends, and it will be good...

Also, if you plan on using them on paved roads, that is illegal in some states, I know in Colorado you can't run your roof top lights on maintained roads, paved or dirt :(

The raptor lights are eBay, just search amber led pods I think. The red interior lights is a kit from led glow.com, they have colors and a multicolor one too. Pretty simple, just wired it in with the horn fuse so it can always be on.

I ordered them off eBay, and all they came with was the sockets, so I had to cut my existing connections and use some electrical connectors to make it work. The actual bulbs swapped over, until I upgraded to led parking lights. Hope that helps.

I did the Harley lights on mine, check my build, and had to trim almost all of it out too. It's just the difference with the model years. Worth it though, even with all the work it takes.
