03 dodge mods?

I have a perfect 03 HO cummins 6 speed manual with 91k miles on it. It's my favorite truck of all time. I am looking to do a few upgrades to it but don't know what to do! I'm looking for some suggestions for bang for buck useful ideas. Are there any little mods or issues I should know about? This thing seems bullet proof, but would like any helpful feedback on making this truck last a LONG time.

Mods it already has, these were done by the previous owner who took immaculate care of this truck:

Bumpers Front and rear with PIAA lights in both
upgraded steering box
Bilstein 5100's
Carli Ball joints
Intake
4" exhaust
Headwaters Seat Covers (these are sweet!)
Sliders
airbags
receiver hitch for winch up front with Warn quick connect kit
Topper
Bedtred
315/70/17 tires
2" front springs
Flip over 5th wheel hitch (I'll likely never use it, but it had it when I got the truck).

Thanks!
C.

What is K.I.S.S? Someone mentioned doing a lift pump and limited slip rear dif. How serious of a concern is the lift pump? I have a thread on here before that was about 50/50.

I have an 04 with no complaints. The only thing that ever failed was the fuel pump. I also made sure it had a limited slip diff. You will have a ball with it they are great vehicles, god luck and safe travels.

I'm working in my 04.5 with a 6 spd manual now. .. it's always a work in progress...
Thuren 2" soft ride front springs
315/70/17 Cooper stt pro tires
Carli front ball joints
Leitner designs active cargo system with 4 gear pods and other accessories
Cascadia vehicle tents mount denali roof top tent on the rack..
It's a work in progress, but I'm happy with how it's coming out so far.

He means "keep it simple." ;)
.
As far as the LSD goes, I've had them in the past and I'm not a fan, especially on snowy/icy roads. Twice I've had my LSD "kick in" at the wrong moment and spin me around. My current Suburban has the G80 differential which is sometimes described as a locker, sometimes as LSD (GM calls it "positraction" which I think can mean either one) and I'm a little worried about it (although I think the problem is worse if you have something like a pickup with very little weight on the back - on my Suburban at least the rear end is a little heavier.) If you can swing it cost-wise, IMO a selectable rear locker is better, HOWEVER, having said that, I personally don't believe in doing modifications "just because."
.
IMO the best way to modify your truck is to start off by asking yourself: What is it that I want my truck to be able to do? Then see if you can do it, and if you can't, then ask yourself "what modifications do I need to make in order to get my truck to do what I want it to do?"
.
There's really no "one size fits all" solution here. What works for my needs may not work for yours and vice versa. You already have the truck, the lift and tires, and the shell - sounds to me like you have a pretty darn capable vehicle already. I'd take it out and use it, and just have a notebook handy so that when you think "I'd sure like to be able to ...." you can write that note and figure out how to make it happen after you get home.
.
Oh and I don't know what a "lift pump" is. Never heard the term.

You have an engine mounted fuel pump which like anything may fail. Spares are available at Genos Garage.

A bombproof setup for yours is this: https://www.genosgarage.com/product/fass-t-d08-095g/fass-fuel-system. Everything is frame mounted and tucked up in there.
Make sure your 315's are E-rated. Dodge's don't like BFG D-rated 315's. Death wobble may occur.

My engine mounted lift pump failed on my truck at 22k miles, and under warranty, they retrofitted the truck with an in tank pump. I have not had a problem since then. I strongly urge anyone that still has an engine mounted lift pump to ditch it in short order...

Yeah,I rarely read of a failure with the in tank model.
The Dodge shop I use has seen very few.
If mine ever croaks,I'll probably get the FASS and drop a Liberty canister in there.

Yeah I keep waiting for the in tank pump to fail so I can replace it with a fass setup but it's been 10 years now since they put the in tank pump in and it's still kicking right along.
