11-13 mpg around town in my stock 2000 LX470, 16-17 on a highway cruise. That model had a four-speed automatic; expect to pick up a mile per gallon or so with a five-speed.
A wonderful truck, BTW, with fine handling and quiet as a luxury sedan. Fuel economy was the only downside, and even it would have been tolerable if I'd made more use of the rig's capacity and/or capability. I enjoyed it, but it was hard to defend driving it empty through the city with just the driver.
