Alloy thank you for the recommendations. I was considering a battery disconnect switch but with the fridge as a constant load the only use would be while parked at home between trips.

I like a disconnect because there's no worring if something is left on and it takes care of ghost loads.

That's true I don't want a random load killing my battery between uses. As for a battery maintainer is to the CTEK 40-208 a decent budget maintainer?
