If you need payload and don't like airbags what about hydro bump stops? As you can imagine payload upgrades are popular on Raptors and one company put their bumps through a stress test. You can valve the bumps how you want depending on weight. Its also nice being able to hit speed bumps at 40mph without even the slightest worry. Its something to be experienced if you haven't been in a vehicle with them.

Fast forward to about 7 min. They put 2600lbs in the bed and never bottom out the bump stop (you can tell because of a rubber ring)
